Delivery

Our aim is to dispatch your order within 48 hours.

UK P&P is £2.00 or free on orders over £20.

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, return them to us as new and unused, within 14 days of order date, for a refund, less the delivery cost. If the product is faulty we will refund the returns cost. Safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

If your goods arrive and been damaged in transit, please take an immediate photograph. Keep all packaging and contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for the carelessness of carriers or post men but we will do our best to help.

Lost packages

If your order has not arrived 15 working days (UK) or 25 working days (International) after the expected delivery date it is considered lost by the Post Office/Royal Mail and a claim will have to be raised for compensation. Royal Mail will contact you to confirm you have not received it and after investigation they will refund the cost of your order to us, only when the claim has been paid can we issue replacements or a refund. Fortunately a very small percentage of packets go missing in the postal system.

If you do not wish to be patient with us whilst we process this claim, please do not order. No matter how frustrated or unhappy you are that the postal system has failed both you and ourselves we practice a zero tolerance in our work place.

Angel Policy

Lilac Lemon Designs welcomes artists who would like to use our stamp images in their own hand-stamped craftwork that they produce to sell. Therefore, we give permission in the form of a limited license to use any of our images images for the purpose of creating craftwork for sale, under the following criteria:Each craftwork created for sale must be personally and individually hand-stamped by the selling artist and may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means, graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying. Mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire, or syndication of hand-stamped craftwork for sale is strictly prohibited. This includes selling stamped sheets. All Lilac Lemon Designs images are copyrighted, which means that they may not be copied without permission.

Payment

The only methods of payment available at the moment are Paypal, Cheque/Postal Order (UK only) or cash sent at your own risk.
